“Resentment is the poison and you are the bottle.”

~ Taylor Tagg

“I don’t want to be ill anymore and I don’t want to be sick.”

This is what I hear often. Once you spend enough time in sickness, sickness becomes despicable.

You can’t stand it. Change must happen.

You decide to do whatever it takes to get rid of it.

Disease of the mind and heart cripple us. We are not meant for it.

Enough is enough!

To clear the body, mind, and spirit, we can turn to forgiveness to relieve our suffering.

We realize that we are holding on to resentment and it is slowly killing us.

It’a time for change. But how?

Peace begins with an intention.

Use of the will is one of the keys to success.

“I’ll try” is not good enough. “I might” means “I won’t.”

“I WILL” forgive him or her means there is no going back, and in the forgiveness business there must be clear intention for relief to work properly.

Use of the will sets up your mind and your heart for the release of that which has its hold on you.

You’ve heard the expression, “where there is a will, there is a way.”

That’s what we are talking about here. Be ready to do something different.

Be ready to say I’ve got a choice. I must forgive to be healthy and I WILL.

That’s when you know you are ready to take the next step of love and ultimately peace for yourself.

It’s a beautiful thing all along the way!
