40 Days of Forgiveness – Day 29 How to Get Your Happy Back

Forgiveness and happiness are a part of my every day.
I have learned that if I feel myself holding on to the smallest thing, that’s the time to let it go.
I realize that I am responsible for my own happiness and I can’t truly be happy holding on to stuff that doesn’t serve the goodness of my soul.
Forgiveness is a magic key to unlock the chains that keeps you from your happy.
What is preventing you from being happy?
Usually it is because we hold a position of right that resists against someone else’s position of right.
This position keeps us from being joyous as we look for the other person to come around to our view.
And when they don’t, it just fuels our fire even more.
Forgiveness or letting go of that position extinguishes the fire of being hurt or right so you can let go of the burning rope of resistance.
And when you do, your happy returns to you on the inside like a cold stream of quenching water.
