“Forgiveness is the freedom your heart has been seeking.” ~ Taylor Tagg
Early spring gives a special opportunity to let go and release some of the things that are holding us back in life. We use up a tremendous amount of energy and internal resources holding on to resentments and disappointments. They use up precious energy that could be better used for positive and life enhancing purposes.
You might think, “I’m so ready to be over this person! I want to feel good again!”
It’s time to feel as good as you look!
Beginning for the next 40 Days, I will be writing here on The Evolving Heart Blog to discuss forgiveness and all its great benefits.
I will take you through the steps of forgiveness so you can create healthy, winning habits in your own life.
My 40 Day Forgiveness program coincides with the Season of Lent, a period of observation in one’s life in preparation for the coming of Easter. During Lent, any person can decide to give up something that is important to them or decide to add to their lives in other ways that are outside the scope of “everyday norms.”
Anyone can participate in this 40 Day period of observance. You just need a willing attitude.
For you, this is an easy way to get familiar with what forgiveness is and begin practicing it daily on very small things in your life. If you need help with the bigger resentments, you can always contact me by email at ttagg@TheEvolvingHeart.com or by phone at 901.921.8901 for a confidential and private, one on one forgiveness coaching session.
I encourage you to read this blog daily and follow me as we walk this Forgiveness path together.
Hopefully, you will decide to join me in action and invest in your emotional health with your own 40 Days of Forgiveness and Renewal.
It’s time to feel freedom that lasts!
